I have recently began cutting back on sweet and sugary foods in my diet. I never realized how much sugar can be affecting your daily diet. After watching a few documentaries I knew I had to change some of my habits. I was so happy when I came across this book called, "I Quit Sugar." It couldn't of been a more perfect time for me to come across this. This is a huge cook book full of yummy recipes. This cook book contains 306 recipes, some which are very complex and others that are very simple and to the point. I love ready the back story of the author and learning about her fitness journey. This is an excellent cook book for those of you that are looking to make some simple changes in your diet, but still want that great awesome flavor that sugar has.
